Behavioral Science - Associate of Arts

The Associate of Arts in Behavioral Science is an interdisciplinary program designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution to earn a bachelor’s degree in a social science. The degree also provides the academic background required to seek entry-level work in human service positions. In addition to general education, students will take three required courses covering foundational topics in multiple related disciplines. They will also take three electives giving them broad academic experience in psychology, sociology and criminology. Students interested in social services but unsure of which discipline to pursue should consider the flexibility and exploration opportunities this program offers.

Admission to Ozarks Technical Community College is open to all individuals who can benefit from its educational programs.
