OTC uses Blackboard as its online learning platform. We believe it is important for all users to be comfortable working within this software application and Blackboard Support is here to assist you with any questions or issues you may have related to teaching or learning within Blackboard.
In addition to providing Blackboard technical assistance for students, our department also provides the following services for faculty:
- Notification of updates and enhancements to the Blackboard learning management system
- Fulfillment of course copy/combination requests
- Blackboard training workshops
- Training workshops for eLearning tools and emerging technologies
- VHS and DVD conversion to web-accessible formats
