We want students to have the best educational experience possible at Ozarks Technical Community College. Any student who has a complaint about an online course or program should bring the concern directly to the instructor. If instructors and students cannot resolve the concern after discussing the matter themselves, the student should contact OTC Online (firstname.lastname@example.org; 417-447-8200) as well as the department chair/program director and academic dean to receive assistance.
Ozarks Technical Community College desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in a timely, fair and efficient manner. Students and instructors can resolve certain types of situations according to OTC’s Academic Appeal and Refund Appeal processes. If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with the Missouri Department of Higher Education.
